Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FlowSpace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

FlowSpace is a productivity application designed to help you organize reminders, events, notes, and habits. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (via Sign In with Apple).

3. Subscriptions and Payments

FlowSpace may be available as a free download with optional paid subscriptions ("Pro").

  • 3.1 Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
  • 3.2 Automatic Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • 3.3 Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.
  • 3.4 Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
  • 3.5 Refunds: All refund requests are handled directly by Apple. Unusual Software does not have the ability to process refunds personally.
  • 3.6 Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

FlowSpace and all related trademarks, logos, code, and content are the property of Unusual Software (represented by Dorian Hell). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app without our express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

FlowSpace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Unusual Software makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability or availability of the app. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unusual Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data) arising from the use of the app.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
